GZPK-32 High Speed Rotary Tablet Press Machine Product Description
Application: This machine is one kind of single side press type rotary tablet press machine which can make granular materials into round shape tablets, irregular tablets or double-side engraved tablet. This machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemistry, foodstuff, electronic industries. It meets GMP requirements. Features: - Made of stainless steel, The housing is fully closed.The surface of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer so that the turret surface is wear resistant. The machine conforms to GMP requirements.
- The protective cover is made of PMMA. The door frames are made of stainless steel. It is beautiful and strong.
- The frequency inverter control the speed, and the motor is connected with the bottom of the machine so that the motor don't shake while running.
- Automatic oil & grease central lubrication system. ensure the lubrication of pressure rollers, toolings and tracks, extending the working life of the machine.
- The machine is equipped with the hydraulic overload protection device. When the pressure is over,it will stop automatically so that can protect the punch pins from damaged.
- A high precision pressure sensor is equipped with an amplifier provided with gaining and self-checking functions so as to implement self-checking of tablet compression pressure reliably. The tablet weight control system is easy to operate and provided the function of rejecting degraded tablets in batches or individually.
- Different impellers could meet the requirements of different materials. It is the force feeder.

1.It adapts high pressure structure,main pressure and pre-pressure are both 100KN,suitable for powder direct pressing or pressing difficult forming materials.
2.Automatic control without handwheel adjustment,servo motor is used to adjust main pressure,pre-pressure and filling quantity.
3.Main pressure and pre-pressure are equipped with pressure sensor,which can real-time display the working pressures of each punch,also can set the limit of pressure protection,so as to automatically stop the machine once over-pressure occurs. |
